These terms govern your use of Nexa products and services provided by SIMPL Financial Solutions, Inc. (Delaware). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms.

One-Time Purchases
When you buy Nexa ($279) or SIMPL ($199), you own the software. There is no subscription required for core functionality. Updates are included. You are buying a tool, not renting access to one.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD. We do not store your payment card information.
Digital products are non-refundable after delivery. That said, if something is genuinely wrong, reach out to us at support@getnexa.tools and we will work with you to make it right.
Biz Wiz
Your $19.99 purchase grants you:
- One business plan session with Larry (our AI business coach), covering all 5 phases from Discovery through Action Items.
- 90 days of free Station access (your dashboard for tracking progress).
- A PDF business plan that is yours to keep forever.
Your Biz Wiz session remains active for 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, the session data transitions to read-only.
30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund of your $19.99 Biz Wiz purchase any time within 30 days — right up until you generate your final business plan. Generating your plan is delivery of the product: once you generate it, you have received what you paid for, and the sale is final. This is what “non-refundable after delivery” means for Biz Wiz.
Station
Station access is included free for 90 days after a Biz Wiz purchase. After the 90-day period, you can continue with a $10/mo subscription or retain read-only access to your existing plan at no cost.
Cloud Sync
Cloud Sync is an optional $4.99/mo add-on that enables cross-device synchronization for Nexa and SIMPL. You can cancel at any time. Your data always remains on your local device regardless of Cloud Sync status.
Data Ownership
Your data is yours. Nexa stores all data locally on your device by default. You can export your data at any time. We do not claim any ownership or license over your business data, client records, invoices, or any content you create with our tools.
Acceptable Use
When using our products, you agree not to:
- Use Larry to generate harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially repurpose Biz Wiz business plans.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
- Use our services to compete directly with Nexa products.
- Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls.
Limitation of Liability
Nexa provides tools to help you run your business, including AI-powered advice through Larry and Biz Wiz. However, we are not financial advisors, accountants, or lawyers.
We are not liable for business decisions made based on Biz Wiz plans, Larry's advice, or any data generated by our tools. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for important business, financial, or legal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIMPL Financial Solutions, Inc.'s total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
