Get paid per sale.
Small businesses are tired of paying every month for their tools. Nexa is $279 once and SIMPL is $199 once, owned forever. In one of your state's 10 founding seats, you earn $112 for every Nexa sale you close, and $154 a sale in any week you make 4. On your own schedule, with your own page, an AI assistant and real leads.
Ten founding seats per state.
Each state has 10 founding seats. Founding reps earn the higher founding rates below, with no end date, and keep their seat with 4 sales a month. When a seat opens, it goes to the next approved applicant in that state. When all 10 are taken, new applicants join the waitlist.
The math, not a promise.
Commission only: there is no base pay. Your Nexa and SIMPL sales are counted each week (Monday to Sunday), and the level the week reaches pays every sale in it, the first ones included. Every number below comes from the rep agreement.
| Per sale | 1–3 a week | 4–7 a week | 8+ a week |

| Nexa, your close link | $112 | $154 | $181 |

Also at every level: $5 per Biz Wiz ($19.99) and +$20 when a SIMPL owner buys Nexa; neither counts toward the week. The link a sale comes through sets the rate: a page link, and a close link to send after a call. A sale refunded within its window earns nothing and does not count.
What one sale pays
These are pay rates, not a prediction. The program is new, so there are no typical earnings to show yet, and many reps make few or no sales at first. Your costs are your own time, phone and travel; we charge nothing.

A real product people use every day.

Straight answers.
Is this a job?
It's an independent, commission-only contract (1099), not employment. There's no base pay, no schedule and no quota.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Joining is free and stays free, and your Nexa license is free.
Do I need sales experience?
No, but it helps to already know people who run small businesses. Your page's assistant answers product questions, and training covers the rest.
How do I get credit for a sale?
Your link is the credit. Anyone who buys through your page or link, or comes back within 90 days in the same browser, is yours. Nexa is also on Google Play and the Microsoft Store, but store purchases are paid to Google or Microsoft and can't be traced to a link, so they don't count.
How do the weekly levels work?
Your Nexa and SIMPL sales are counted Monday to Sunday. Make 4 in a week and every sale that week, including the first three, is paid at level 2; make 8 and they are all paid at level 3. As a founding rep, 4 Nexa closes in a week pay $616 instead of $448 at level 1. There is no quota: a slow week is simply paid at level 1.
What is the difference between the close link and my page?
The close link is the one you send after a call, when someone is ready to buy, and it pays the higher rate. Your page is for sharing anywhere.
Why only 10 per state?
So each founding rep gets real leads and attention. Seats stay with reps who sell: 4 sales a month keeps one, and a seat that opens goes to the next applicant on the state waitlist.
Where do leads come from?
People who ask our assistant for a human, people from your own network, and your page. We never promise a number of leads.
