Open Services module. Create your core offerings first — don't recreate every ServiceTitan pricebook item. Start with your top 10 most-used services.

Build Your Schedule Template

Open Schedule → Settings. Set your working hours, crew assignments, and default job durations based on your ServiceTitan experience.

Import Job History (Reference)

For key customers, manually create historical Jobs in Nexa. Focus on customers with equipment warranties or recurring service histories.
